International Fashion Celebration
The International Fashion Celebration features fashion shows that take place in Moscow and St. Petersburg. One gala show is held outdoors within the historic grounds of the Kremlin in Moscow and another indoors at the majestic 18th century Tavrichesky Palace in St. Petersburg. The world’s hottest supermodels, as well as top Russian models, will show the latest haute couture collections by renowned world-class designers.
During the three days of the fashion celebration, exclusive receptions, parties, luncheons and gala banquets will be organized, with special appearances by top models, members of Moscow and St. Petersburg’s political and business elite and fashion industry dignitaries.
Past events have been hosted by modeling superstars Linda Evangelista, Claudia Schiffer, and Eva Herzigova.
Miss St. Petersburg Beauty Contest
Each year, some of the world’s most beautiful young women gather in St. Petersburg to compete for the title of Miss St. Petersburg. Eligible contestants are those who have captured titles from over 10 previous international competitions.
The pageant’s winners receive lucrative modeling contracts with the world’s most prestigious agencies. Contest judges will also select winners to represent Russia in the Miss Hawaiian Tropic International Contest and the Miss International Contest.
With a television audience exceeding 50 million, this prestigious event takes place live at the renowned Tavrichesky Palace.
